Hi, my name is Tiffany! My fiance and i have been together for 3 years now. I've had my engagement ring for almost a year and we recently decided to pick a day. Over the years I have had a really bad view of myself, weight wise. I have rarely been a "normal" weight. The only time that i was at an average weight was when I had a nasty break up with a guy. I weight around 180 and went down to 159. I rarely ever ate.
About three years ago i started working in a bakery and i was eating a lot of left over food and I gained about 100 pounds within a year. After countless diets, and rarely seeing any progress I just gave up.
Now that Nick and I have a date and everything I want to make sure the focus is on me and I am gorgeous. Which means for me I need to lose weight. I hate the body image I have created, but I have no clue where to start. I was wondering if I could get a little bit of help.
I am about 5'5 1/2 and weigh about 160.
